We are honoured to present the CHEF.hr team who will compete at the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg in the category of Community Catering 27.11.2018. 11 and 12 June 2018,  the Bocuse d’or was held in Torino, Italy where the forces measured the chefs from 20 European countries, and our chef Mr. Erich Glavica had the honor to judge their creations and be captain of the Croatian team.

Our team is 11/16/2017. at the Zabok High School held a workshop for students of culinary orientation on the topic of modern cooking techniques as part of the regular curriculum. We thank the school staff for their good cooperation.

August 26 and 27, 2017. we participated in the 5th International Jam Festival in Gabali, Azerbaijan, presenting Croatia’s jams produced in Bilogora. The jams were exhibited on the presentation table and evaluated by judges from the Azerbaijani National Culinary Association. We competed with jams from 25 countries around the world while Azerbaijan had 44 representatives

We thank our Embassy in Bucharest for their great support and cheering at the International Pasta and Pizza Championship in organized A.C.E.E.A. We returned home winning bronze, silver and gold!

CHEF.hr team participated the IKA Olympiade der Koch 2016 in Erfurt. The team was composed by Erich Glavica as team captain, Štefan Srake as the first chef, Alen Belić as a second chef, Denis Črlenjak as the third chef and Ivana Barbir Grudenić as a pastry chef. They presented flavors and foods from Croatian regions.
