On Sunday, December 1, a new restaurant called Bali’s, owned by the Bali family, opened in Donja Dubrava. The restaurant is located in the building where the Hirschler family once lived, and the interior has retained its historic appearance, while our team has taken care of the menu. Bearing in mind the history of the building, but also the preserved cookbook of the mistress of the house, we made sure that the menu included original, forgotten recipes in line with current culinary trends. The opening was also attended by the Minister of Economy, Darko Horvat, and many guests and guests. At the opening, a specially composed menu was presented, while you can try dishes from the standard menu and house specialties with a good drink every day in Donja Dubrava.
