CHEF.hr team participated the IKA Olympiade der Koch 2016 in Erfurt. The team was composed by Erich Glavica as team captain, Štefan Srake as the first chef, Alen Belić as a second chef, Denis Črlenjak as the third chef and Ivana Barbir Grudenić as a pastry chef. They presented flavors and foods from Croatian regions. Erich Glavica independently competed in the categories of Culinary Art and Pastery Art.
By participating in the cooking Olympics CHEF.hr gained valuable experience, increased knowledge, gained new friendships and strengthened old. They returned home tired and happy, enriched by valuable diplomas. Truly a priceless experience that motivates us to work more and more, and to improve our local gastronomy and promote Croatian culinary quality on a global scale.
