By participating in the International Festival Fete se l’ Harissa et su Piment Nabuel 2016 (Tunisia), we had the honor to present and promote Croatian traditional products and dishes of paprika and pepper. Chef Erich Glavica held a masterclass on the subject, and it showed the richness and diversity of our culinary culture.
