The executive chef at CHEF with a big suitcase full of work experience is going to surprise visitors with the most delicious dishes possible. Eric Glavica from Croatia is a chef with more than 25 years of experience. He was schooled in Austria and has been part of the gastronomy world since he was 16. Erich is a hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic chef who has a real passion for food.
